Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for events with the ICAI Dibrugarh Branch. We strive to offer high-quality professional development programs. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before registering.
1. No Physical Goods or Shipping
All payments made for event registrations are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation, absence, or change in your availability.
We encourage you to review event details carefully before making the payment.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
As we do not sell any physical goods or products, return and exchange policies are not applicable.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If the Branch cancels or reschedules an event, alternate options may be provided (e.g., access to recordings, rescheduled event, or a credit for future events).
No cash refunds will be processed under any circumstance.
4. Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate payment is made by error, the excess amount may be refunded after internal verification. For assistance, please email dibugarh@icai.org within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
