Event Overview
The Dibrugarh Branch of EIRC of ICAI, in collaboration with the Eastern Assam Chamber of Commerce & Industry (EACCI), successfully organized the ICAI MSME MAHOTSAV 2025 on 27th June 2025 at Vivekananda Kendra Aanandalaya Bhawan, Dibrugarh.
The event was designed to empower local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by offering a one-stop support platform for financial advice, government schemes, and loan assistance. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Saikat Patra, Hon’ble Mayor of Dibrugarh, who highlighted the importance of strengthening MSMEs for sustainable and inclusive economic development.
With over 100 MSMEs participating, the event was a true success, offering a rich blend of technical knowledge, live assistance, and collaborative engagement from CA professionals, bankers, and government officials.

The ICAI MSME MAHOTSAV 2025 marked a significant step towards the financial inclusion and empowerment of MSMEs in Assam. This first-of-its-kind initiative by the Dibrugarh Branch brought together policymakers, banking partners, and Chartered Accountants to deliver impactful, on-ground support to the local business community.
