1. No Physical Goods or Shipping
The ICAI Dibrugarh Branch does not deal in any tangible products. All our services—such as webinars, seminars, CPE sessions, and workshops—are non-physical in nature and delivered either online or in-person at designated venues.
Therefore, no shipping, delivery, or courier services are applicable.
2. Event Access and Communication
- Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive:
- A confirmation email
- Event details including venue (for offline events) or joining link (for online events)

3. Support for Non-Receipt of Access
If you have registered and not received access details within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If still not received, contact us promptly at dibrugarh@icai.org with your registration details.
