About the Dibrugarh Branch
Established in the year 2014, the Dibrugarh Branch of the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of ICAI has grown into a dynamic hub for chartered accountants across Upper Assam. With over 160 members, primarily in practice, and more than 350 CA students, the branch plays a vital role in professional development, student education, and ethical leadership in the region.
Our reach goes beyond Dibrugarh, catering to professionals and students from towns like Duliajan, Moran, Chabua, Sivasagar, and Tinsukia. The branch also serves as an ICAI examination center at DHSK Commerce College, attracting candidates from multiple districts of Assam.
Since 2015, we’ve hosted a wide array of programs including CPE seminars, career counseling sessions, yoga and fitness events, and student mentorship initiatives under EICASA.

ChairmanCA Pramesh Agarwal, founder of Pramesh & Associates, is a dynamic CA with expertise in GST, law, and communication. A B.Com (Hons.) graduate and Law degree holder, he also holds a PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication, and is DISA-qualified.
He has earned ICAI certifications in GST, MSME, Concurrent Audit, and Artificial Intelligence – Level 1. Known for his engaging seminars, he has addressed audiences across universities, colleges, and professional forums. Vice ChairmanA Fellow Chartered Accountant and DISA-qualified professional, CA Abhishek Sharma is the founder of Abhishek G Sharma & Associates. He holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree and has also completed ICAI's Certificate Courses on GST and Artificial Intelligence.
With a stronghold in statutory and management audits, taxation, GST advisory, and business structuring, he has developed deep sector-specific knowledge in the tea industry. As Secretary of ICAI Dibrugarh, he supports initiatives that promote professional growth.
